Victor “Vick” Sanchez, PMIC is the Owner and CEO of PMI Southern States, serving Simpsonville, Greenville, and communities throughout the Upstate of South Carolina.
Vick brings a practical, investor-focused approach to real estate and property management. His experience includes residential property management, HOA and community association management, real estate sales and acquisitions, rental analysis, investment analysis, cash-flow evaluation, and property operations.
As both a property management professional and real estate investor, Vick approaches properties from an owner’s perspective. He understands that successful real estate ownership goes beyond simply collecting rent. It requires understanding the property’s true income potential, controlling expenses, protecting the asset, minimizing risk, and making informed decisions about when to buy, sell, rent, refinance, improve, or hold.
Through PMI Southern States, Vick and his team help property owners and investors with everything from tenant placement and day-to-day management to HOA operations, property performance, and real estate investment strategy.
